Pa Ka Ma Kian El

Today I made Pa Ka Ma Kian El (salad wrapped with egg & pork) for dinner, served with sweet fish sauce.

It’s a small stack of crisp red leaf lettuce, a very thin fried egg, thin tenderloin pork and tied together with steamed thin green onions.

The sweet fish sauce is made of warm water, fish sauce, lemon, garlic, thai chili and sugar.
